 How it works

The 12-month program is designed as two independent service offerings that can be delivered on their own or as a full service package. Typically funders sign on for a one-year commitment, to build capacity to implement the program independently, however each service can be tailored based on initial planning discussions.

Physician-led health communications training and support

This package is designed to equip and empower HCPs by providing 1-2 trainings per month on topics selected by stakeholders at the start of the contract term. Supplemental to the trainings are regular communication support briefs that provide immediately usable messages and shareable assets on priority health topics. All talking points, resources, and trainings are vetted, cited, and provided by experts.

Media monitoring and reputation management support

This package combines the same media monitoring tools and techniques we have provided to dozens of health companies and organizations with integrated crisis communication support for your in-house or external PR teams.
